MD Geoff Mackrill approached MMI to help develop their export business. Engaged as a consultant and working to mutually-agreed sales targets, MMI started by taking a comprehensive look at Teal & Mackrill’s in-house export department. Whilst sales were being made, Geoff felt that more could be achieved given the comprehensive nature of their product range; he wanted to do more than just sustain an export department, he wanted to grow it. So, MMI went back to basics and worked directly with the T&M team to identify new routes to market and a more extensive product offering to overseas clients.
After XX months, MMI had established the information needed to put all necessary connections in place and seamlessly hand-over the newly flourishing export role back to the team.
